Collections Mira Godard Study Centre, Ryerson University, Toronto, Canada Related Volunteer and Work Experience Assistant Registrar/Preparator — Pace/MacGill Gallery, New York, New York January 2007–Present, duties include assisting the Head Registrar with recording and cataloguing Pace/MacGill’s inventory, tracking shipments, loans and consignments to clients, museums and other galleries, doing condition reports of the inventory and the work coming in and going out of the gallery. Further duties include packing work to be shipped, assisting the preparator with framing and installation of shows and transporting print materials. Intern — Pace/MacGill Gallery, New York, New York September 2006–December 2006, duties included handling, preparing and packing work, transporting print materials and assisting the administrator, the registrar and the preparator. I am also responsible for filing paperwork pertaining to the tracking of shipments to and from the gallery as well as paperwork related to the inventory of the gallery. Intern — Toronto Life Magazine, Toronto, Canada May 2006–August 2006, duties included photo research for the magazine, administrative details related to the art department and photographing detail shots for the magazine. Managing Editor — Function Magazine, Toronto, Canada September 2005–May 2006, duties included management of team members, organization of fundraising events, quality control of the production of the magazine, all activities related to advertising and sponsorship and handling of all funds and banking matters related to the magazine. Research Assistant — Mira Godard Study Center, Ryerson University, Toronto, Canada September 2005–Present, duties included: mounting and labeling slides, quality control of existing slides, framing prints.
